Admissions policy

Authorised entry
Only pre-registered visitors who have a visitor pass, visitors who register on the day and exhibitor pass holders will be allowed entry into the exhibition.

Genuine interest
Visitors should be involved in, or have some connection or interest in the trades, services and products represented at the exhibition.

Non-transferable
Pass-holders must not allow their passes to be shown by anyone else. Failure to do so is likely to lead to the authorised pass holder and the unauthorised person using the pass being expelled from the exhibition.

Fraud
Any person using a visitor pass or exhibitor pass which is fraudulent (obtained by theft, deception or other unauthorised means, copied or created so as to deceive) may be expelled from the exhibition.

Proof of identity
Visitors should carry some form of identification which includes a photograph of them (passport, driving licence, national identity card, etc), or other identification acceptable to the organiser or security staff.

Minimum age
No persons under the age of 16 will be allowed entry into the exhibition.

Disruption
Visitors must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt the exhibition. Any such activity will result in expulsion.

Exclusion
The organiser reserves the right to exclude or expel anyone from the exhibition and venue who they reasonably consider do not, or will not, comply with this admissions policy.
